Onboarding: Initial Consultation
The first step would be to work through your requirements. In terms of how many physical screens you require along with how many virtual pages you need for each physical screen. It’s important for us to know where you’d like your screens installed in order to gauge the extent of work for the installation phase. We’d then chose the right screen(s) for your needs from our suppliers. Once you’ve approved the screen we’ve earmarked we’d then provide you with a quote for the work.
Providing you’re happy to proceed we’d then generate two invoices. The first invoice will need to be paid before the Screen Planning Phase can commence.
Screen Planning Phase
Before we start the next phase of the project we’ll need to collaborate on the planning phase. Working with you to gather up all the assets we need to deliver the virtual pages and screens within our system software. We’ll need the following information please to then collate a technical document for our team:
- How many pages / transitions are required per screen (this would have been discussed and confirmed during the initial consultation)
- All required images for each page per screen
- All required written content for each page per screen
The technical document will then be compiled for your approval. Once approved we’ll move onto the Hardware Procurement and Screen Setup Phase.
Hardware Procurement / Screen Setup Phase
- Your screens and other required hardware will be purchased
- Screens and respective pages will be setup as per the approved technical document
Installation
- We’ll arrange a suitable date and time to come on premises to fit the screens. This will include other tradesmen if required for installation
- Installation will be carried out
- Final testing will be undertaken on premises
- Client sign-off along with hard copy of the final invoice to be settled
